From inspection to certificate.
Every penetration is logged in a digital log book, so you always know what was installed, where, and to which standard.
Inspect
We assess the site and existing systems, and scope exactly what is needed for compliance.
Install
Licensed installers fit tested, approved systems from manufacturers such as Promat.
Register
Each penetration is photographed and recorded in a compliant penetration register.
Certify
You receive full documentation in accordance with the NCC, AS1905.1, AS1530.4 and AS4072.1

Common questions
What is passive fire protection?
Passive fire protection uses fire-resistant walls, floors, collars, wraps and sealants to contain fire and smoke, giving people time to get out and protecting the structure. It is built into the building and works without being switched on.
How often does passive fire need to be inspected?
We inspect and certify premises every six months in line with AS 1851, and we handle the reminders and paperwork for you.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. We regularly work from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast and take on projects in other parts of Australia on request.
Do you offer rates for multiple properties?
Yes. Discounted rates are available for long-term contracts, body corporates managing several properties, aged care facilities and hotel groups.
